Cognitive Behaviour Therapy offers a large toolkit for clients. When a person gains an understanding of the ‘why’ behind behaviours that are creating their results in their life, it offers a powerful opportunity for change. Combining this with hypnosis simply accelerates the sessions and results for the client.

Unlike talk therapy where sessions can continue for substantial amounts of time, CBT can achieve relief from struggle through understanding, learning, skills training that create new behaviour patterns and of course, more positive results. The client gains skills to use throughout their life.

This is more of a coaching collaboration that is driven via client goals and client participation in using new skills to achieve more positive outcomes.

Many issues can be improved in five or fewer sessions.
