Many people wait until a health crisis happens before they choose to put themselves and their health on the top of the priority list. The truth is, we have nothing without our health.
I can work with you toward a better relationship with food, and strategy to make better choices toward being a healthier you. Reframing the focus to a more positive set of goals, create a new pattern of small successes along with consistency can produce the positive long term changes.

Breaking bad habits is often part of lifestyle changes. This could range from nail biting to smoking to overeating or cravings outside of mealtimes.

My background in meditation and mindfulness combined with hypnosis offers skills training to gain new perspective and tools that you can use everyday to keep the stress levels in check.

Anxiety

Hypnosis can provide the tools you need, enabling you to manage your responses to situations that cause anxiety. Anxiety often is paired with other emotions creating a cycle that spirals downwards. It is common to feel anxious and uncertain as our world changes faster than we as humans can keep up with.

Lack of sleep affects everything! Mood, appetite, performance in work and play, energy, lifespan, stress, relationships.

One of my favorite things to do! Those who say they can’t meditate are the ones who quite possibly need it more. Proven benefits in as little as 5 minutes a day. Lower the stress response and raise the peace response to help towards maintaining balance within.
Meditation is unique to each person, and every session is a new experience and consistent practice offers many health benefits too!

Did you know that it takes the same energy to focus on positive or negative things in our life? By redirecting our focus, we change our thoughts, perspectives, behavior, attitudes, actions and get back to happy! Sounds good right? You can do this.
