MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS

Flower Bed
Margo

This is primarily skills training tailored to the issue the client is looking to resolve.

Very beneficial from a health perspective in focus, practice, relaxation, stress reduction, creating more alignment with mind, body, spirit.

Many inventors in the past attribute some of their successful ideas to a practice of quieting the mind, remaining open and allowing creativity to flow freely. The negative, stress related state creates tightness and restriction throughout the body.

15 minutes per day of meditation practice can begin to calm the stress response (sympathetic nervous system) and create more of peace response (parasympathetic nervous system). Instead of constantly being in the middle of the storm, we find more inside the eye of the storm. Knowing the storm is going on around us, but not feeling a need to be in the whirlwind and focusing on maintaining our own balance within ourselves.

Like brushing your teeth, with a continued practice, the results accumulate.
